Overview
The TPS22965-Q1 device is a single channel low RON load switch with an operating voltage range of 0.8 V to 5.7 V. The TPS22965-Q1 supports up to 4 A of maximum continuous current.
Features
- Input voltage range: 0.8 V to 5.7 V
- VBIAS voltage range: 2.5 V to 5.7 V
- Input current range: 0 A to 4 A
- External capacitors for configurable rise time
- Access to the VIN, VOUT and ON pins
- VIN and VOUT sense pins to measure the voltage drop from VIN to VOUT and calculate the resistance
