Overview

The TPS25868-Q1 is an integrated USB charging port solution which includes a synchronous DC/DC converter capable of supplying up to 5.6 A and integrated detection and control for implementing USB Battery Charging 1.2 and USB Type-C® ports.

Features
  • 5.5-V to 26-V (40-V Abs. max) input range current mode control DC-DC converter
  • USB battery charging specification rev. 1.2 and USB Type-C rev. 1.3 compliant
  • Thermal management with NTC function
  • User programmable VBUS current limit and internal VCONN current limiting
  • AEC-Q100:
    • Temperature Grade 1
    • HBM and CDM ESD
