Overview

The TPS5410EVM-203 evaluation module allows the designer to evaluate two different configurations of the TPS5410 SWIFT DC/DC converter on the same PCB over a wide input voltage range. The first design is a 14.5 to 36 V input to 12 V output at 1 A using a 47 µF tantalum output capacitor. The second design is a 7 to 36 V input to 5 V output at 1 A using two 47 µF ceramic capacitors. Both step-down converters operate independently. The output voltages can be easily adjusted by changing a resistor divider. Please see the User's Guide (SLVU185) for more information. The TPS5410 is ideal for a wide range of consumer electronics and industrial applications with an input voltage requirement of 5.5 V to 36 V.
