Overview

The TPS548B22EVM-PWR784 evaluation module (EVM) uses the TPS548B22. The TPS548B22 is a D-CAP3™ mode, 25A synchronous Buck converter with integrated MOSFETs. It provides a fixed 1.0V output at up to 25A from a 12V input bus.
  • 25A DC Steady State Output Current
  • ±0.5% 0.9VREF Tolerance Over -40 to 150°C Junction Temperature
  • True Differential Remote Sense Amplifier
  • D-CAP3™ Control Loop to Support Large Bulk Cap and/or Small MLCCs Without External Compensation
  • Eco-Mode and FCCM Selectable
  • Temp Compensated and Programmable Current Limit with RTRIP and OC Clamp ±10%
