Overview

TPS566235 is a cost effective, high performance, synchronous buck converter with integrated FETs. The TPS566235 evaluation module (EVM) is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating TPS566235 device. It operates with supply input voltage ranging from 4.5 V to 18 V. TPS566235 uses DCAP3 control mode to provide a fast transient response and good line or load regulation results. This device requires no external compensation and supports low ESR output capacitors. TPS566235 can achieve high efficiency, and provides full protection including OCP, OVP, UVP, UVLO, and OTP. TPS566235 exerts good design flexibility, featuring power good and PSM/FCCM/OOA selectable working mode.
The device is available in 3.0-mm x 2.0-mm HotRod QFN package and the junction temperature is specified from -40°C to +125°C.
