Features

Output Voltage is fixed. The current can go up to 600mA for TPS62691 and 500mA for TPS62690 and 800mA for the TPS62692 and TPS62693.

TPS62690 — 500-mA, 4-MHz, 2.85-Vout High-Efficiency Step-Down Converter in Chip Scale Packaging TPS62693 — 800-mA, 3-MHz High-Efficiency Step-Down Converter, TPS6269x TPS62698 — 800-mA, 3-MHz High-Efficiency Step-Down Converter. 3.0V fixed Output voltage.
