Description

TPS7B4254-Q1 evaluation modules (EVM) help designers evaluate the operation and performance of TPS7B4254QDDARQ1 voltage-tracking LDO. The TPS7B4254-Q1 is a monolithic integrated low dropout voltage tracker in HSOIC-DDA package. It is designed to supply off-board sensors in automotive environment. The IC has integrated protection for overload, over temperature, reverse polarity as well as output short circuit to battery or ground.
Supply voltage up to VIN=45V are regulated to a reference voltage applied at the adjust input pin ADJ with high accuracy, and loads up to 150mA.

  • -40V to 50V wide maximum input input voltage range
  • 150mA output current
  • 160mV low dropout voltage when IOUT=100mA
