Overview

The TPS7B6350EVM evaluation module (EVM) helps you evaluate the operation and performance of the TPS7B6350-Q1 watchdog low-dropout (LDO) regulator. The TPS7B6350-Q1 is a monolithic integrated 40-V 300-mA watchdog LDO regulator in a 16-pin HTSSOP package. The device is designed for a microcontroller or microprocessor power supply in an automotive environment. The device has overload protection, overtemperature protection and an integrated adjustable power-good threshold and delay time.
