Overview

The TPS7H4001QEVM-CVAL evaluation module (EVM) demonstrates how four TPS7H4001-SP buck converters can be configured in master/slave mode to provide a regulated power rail capable of load current up to 72 A to support typical ASIC and FPGA applications.

Features
  • Evaluates TPS7H4001-SP radiation-hardness-assured (RHA) 18-A point-of-load (POL) buck converter for space applications
  • VIN range: 3 V to 7 V
  • Output: up to 72 A at 1 V
  • Low output-voltage ripple
Buck converters (integrated switch)
