Overview

The TPS923655DRRREVM helps the user evaluate the features of the boost/buck-boost LED driver TPS923655 in WSON package. The TPS923655 is a 4-A non-synchronous boost/buck-boost LED driver with 4.5-V to 65-V wide input voltage range, inductive fast dimming (IFD) and spread spectrum.

Features
  • Integrated 150-mΩ MOSFETs for 4-A continuous output current
  • 100-kHz to 2.2-MHz optional switching frequency with spread spectrum
  • Advanced dimming options, including analog dimming, PWM dimming, hybrid dimming and flexible dimming
  • Inductive fast dimming (IFD) with minimum 200-ns pulse width and high dimming ratio
  • Full protection features and configurable thermal foldback curve
