TPSI2140Q1EVM

TPSI2140-Q1 evaluation module for 1200-V, 50-mA, isolated switch with 2-mA avalanche rating

TPSI2140Q1EVM

Overview

The TPSI2140Q1EVM evaluation module is a two-copper layer board containing multiple test points and jumpers in order to fully evaluate the functionality of the device.

Features
  • Qualified for automotive applications AEC-Q100
  • Test points available for every pin and voltage supply to ensure correct functionality
  • Can be run with external waveform generator or tested with a single power source if the user ties VDD an enable together with provided jumper
  • Integrated avlanche rated MOSFETs with 1200-V standoff voltage
  • Low primary side supply current, 5-mA ON state, 1-uA OFF state
