Overview

TVS3300 is a precision clamp that keeps ultra-low and flat clamping voltage during transient overvoltage events like surge. With TI precision surge technology, the TVS3300 clamping voltage barely changes no matter what surge current it takes (dynamic resistance is very small). TVS3300 also responds fast to the surge so there is no overshoot voltage during clamping. This adaptor board places the ultra-small WCSP package into an industry-standard SMA and SMB footprint for customer evaluation in their own system. On this adaptor, two TVS3300 devices are placed in a bidirectional configuration.

Features
  • IEC 61000-4-5 surge compliance testing
  • IEC 61000-4-2 ESD compliance testing
  • Industry-standard footprint for evaluation in existing systems

  • TVS3300 bidirectional adaptor board
