개요
LM25149-Q1EVM-2100 고밀도 평가 모듈(EVM)은 LM25149-Q1 고성능 차량용 동기 벅 DC/DC 벅 컨트롤러의 성능을 보여주도록 설계되었습니다. EVM은 5.5 V~36V의 넓은 입력 전압 범위에서 작동하여 1% 이상의 설정값 정확도와 최대 8A 출력 전류를 가진 고정 5V 출력을 제공합니다. LM25149-Q1은 고급 EMI 성능과 초저 IQ를 제공합니다. 고장 상태에서의 레귤레이터 기능에는 저전압 잠금, 내부 소프트 시작, 히컵 모드 과전류 보호 및 열 셧다운이 포함됩니다. 오픈 드레인 PGOOD 표시기 및 동기 입력/동기 출력 기능도 제공합니다.
