- Standard Bluetooth LE advertising, compatible with TI CC2340 and CC2755 family of devices
- Flexible advertising frequency to match various use cases: from multiple broadcasts per minute for tracking applications, to lower-frequency beaconing for long battery life
- Custom payload support for telemetry, sensor readings, device-level GPS, and other application data; device detection location is appended automatically by the Terrestrial Network
- End-to-end payload encryption: Hubble encrypts all transmissions on the network, and you may additionally encrypt your custom payload so that Hubble cannot read it
- Frequency: 2.4 GHz ISM band (2400–2483.5 MHz), Payload size: Up to 13 bytes (custom application data), Typical data throughput: ~0.4 kbps, Network type: Uplink only (device to cloud), Max advertisements per day: 1,024, Recommended transmit power: +4 dBm minimum (Terrestrial); +20 dBm recommended (Satellite), Encryption: AES-CTR with AES-CMAC authentication
