概覽
The Texas Instruments TPS53014EVM-126 evaluation module (EVM) helps designers evaluate the performance of the TPS53014 synchronous step-down controller. The EVM is designed to use an 8V to 22V voltage rail to produce a regulated 1.05V output with up to 8A load current. The EVM demonstrates the TPS53014 in a typical point-of-load (POL) application. A number of test points are provided to evaluate the performance of the TPS53014.
