This video reviews many features in TI high cell count gauges that may offer advantages in industrial battery pack design. These include scaling to support high current, capacity, or voltage levels, reducing power dissipation in systems with heavily duty-cycled loads, extending battery pack life using specialized charging algorithms, and TI's End-of-Service (EOS) Determination function for rarely discharged applications.
