The Phase Shifted Full Bridge (PSFB) has always been considered the best design for high power DC/DC conversion. However, a newer technology called Full Bridge LLC (FB-LLC) has recently been used and accepted for high power DC/DC conversion. In this presentation, we will  discuss the advantages as well as the challenges associated with both the PSFB and FB-LLC. We will then compare the basic problems between the PSFB and FB-LLC and give ideas on how to choose between the two given a certain application.
