The Sensor Controller is a small programmable CPU core that is highly optimized for low power consumption and efficient peripheral operation. It can perform simple background tasks autonomously and allow the System CPU and MCU to remain in sleep mode. This allows for power optimization based on events such as wake on temperature, wake on touch, and beyond. It is fully configurable by the developer who can write and download code through the free online sensor controller studio.
