Filter design tool: Band-stop filter design

00:07:57 | 19 JUN 2020

In this, the first video of our series exploring the TI Filter Design Tool, we design an active band-stop or “notch” filter to solve an example problem. The filter is used to eliminate 50-60Hz noise from power-line hum in a resolver test scenario, without significantly attenuating the resolver winding signals. Its performance is exhibited through simulation in TINA-TI.
