This module covers ADC full-scale range versus input signals, input- and output-referred noise, total noise, how gain affects lower resolution and higher resolution ADCs, and finally the impact gain has on dynamic range parameters. The goal of this presentation is to understand how adding an amplifier to your signal chain affects the overall system performance.
