This demo provides isolated-bias supply and isolated gate driver for power switches in traction inverters and onboard chargers. This design can be used to drive a variety of power switches, including connecting directly to a Wolfspeed Silicon Carbide (SiC) field-effect transistor (FET) module. This demo can serve as either a high-side or low-side driver, or it can be tested with a capacitive imitation load.
