EV HVAC eCompressor motor control

The high-voltage HEV/EV HVAC compressor motor control demo showcases a solution to meet the market need for a high-efficiency, low audible noise compressor module. The design can easily scale for 400-V and 800-V DC-bus, allows for different microcontroller options, depending on the design needs and functional safety requirements, as well as enables multi-shunt and single-shunt support. A control CARD-based design enables users to evaluate multiple MCUs and gate driver options, furthering the ease-of-use and optimizing the system cost.
