tiarmclang compiler: compatibility with armcl

With regard to compatibility between tiarmclang and armcl, there are two areas of concern: source code and build options.  Both of these areas are discussed in detail.  This video builds confidence that migrating from armcl to tiarmclang is a smooth and quick process.
