tiarmclang compiler: code coverage dump counters

Some systems cannot support C I/O functions like fopen and fwrite. In that case, there must be another method to copy code coverage counters from system memory into a file on the host. This video shows a method for doing that. The example is based on the one from the code coverage basics video. But instead of calling RTS functions to write out the code coverage counters, a CCS script is used instead.
