The demo shows implementation of precise charge and discharge control using C2000™ real-time MCUs. Efficient utilization of MCU in the design eliminates the need of a 16-bit DAC and three op amps per test channels compared to analog architectures, which brings cost savings of about 30% in the bill of materials.
