Active Filter Fundamentals

This training will introduce the terminology and concepts related to active filters including advantages and drawbacks of certain filter topologies and types. The presentation also covers a step-by-step procedure for designing active filters using free software from Texas Instruments. Finally, the session will explain performance limitations related to operational amplifier and capacitor nonidealities.
