  • Integrated dual-channel load switch
  • Input voltage range: 0.6V to VBIAS
  • VBIAS voltage range: 2.5V to 5.5V
  • ON-Resistance
    • RON = 13mΩ (typical)
      at VIN = 0.6V to 5V, VBIAS = 5V
  • 4A(1) maximum continuous switch current per channel
  • Quiescent current:
    • 18µA (typical, both channels)
      at VIN = VBIAS = 5V
    • 13µA (typical, single channel)
      at VIN = VBIAS = 5V
  • Humidity resistant:
    • Device keeps functionality (ON, OFF, protection), but timing specification is affected under the following conditions:
      • 100kΩ short to GND
      • 100kΩ short to power
  • Control input threshold enables use of
    1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic
  • Configurable rise time
  • Thermal shutdown
  • Quick output discharge (QOD)
For the pre-production units, only 3A of max continuous current per channel is supported. The full released version will support 4A max continuous current per channel.
