TPS709xx(x)yyyz
or
TPS709xx(x)yyyzM3
XX(X) is the nominal output voltage. For output voltages with a resolution of 100 mV, two digits are used in the ordering number; otherwise, three digits are used (for example, 28 = 2.8 V; 125 = 1.25 V).
YYY is the package designator.
Z is the tape and reel quantity (R = 3000, T = 250).
M3 suffix device has same electrical specs as other devices and shares same design.
For the most current package and ordering information see the Package Option Addendum at the end of this document, or see the TI web site at www.ti.com.
