Lab Measurements

Below are the efficiency and infrared (IR) top case IC thermal measurements of the TPSM63610 configured for the different USB Type C PD output voltage applications: 5-V, 9-V, 15-V, and 20-V at the full 5-A load current. Unless otherwise indicated, VIN = 28-V, IOUT = 5-A, and FSW = 1 MHz.
