You can build a library with any extra custom options desired. This is useful for building a version of the library with silicon exception workarounds enabled. The generated library is not a standard library, and must not be placed in the 'lib' directory. It should be placed in a directory local to the project which needs it. To build a debugging version of the library rtsv4_A_be_eabi, change the working directory to the 'lib' directory and run the command:
mklib --pattern=rtsv4_A_be_eabi.lib --name=rtsv4_A_be_eabi_debug.lib
