Quad-channel, 16-Bit, 1.5 GSPS digital-to-analog converter (DAC)
The DAC34SH84 is a very low-power, high-dynamic range, quad-channel, 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a sample rate as high as 1.5 GSPS. The device includes features that simplify the design of complex transmit architectures: 2x 16-bit digital interpolation filters with over 90 dB of stop-band attenuation simplify the data interface and reconstruction filters. Independent complex mixers allow flexible carrier placement. A high-performance low-jitter clock multiplier simplifies clocking of the device without significant impact on the dynamic range. The digital quadrature modulator correction (QMC) enables complete IQ compensation for gain, offset and phase between channels in direct up conversion applications.

Analog front-end for power monitoring, control and protection
The ADS131E0x are a family of multichannel, simultaneous sampling, 24- and 16-bit, delta-sigma, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with a built-in programmable gain amplifier (PGA), internal reference, and an onboard oscillator. The ADS131E0x incorporate features commonly required in industrial power monitoring, control, and protection applications. The ADS131E0x inputs can be independently and directly interfaced with a resistor-divider network or a transformer to measure voltage. With high integration levels and exceptional performance, the ADS131E0x family enables the creation of scalable industrial power systems at significantly reduced size, power, and low overall cost.

Wide common-mode range, bidirectional, high accuracy current shunt monitor
The INA282 family, which includes the INA282, INA283, INA284, INA285, and INA286 devices, are voltage output current shunt monitors that can sense drops across shunts at common-mode voltages from –14V to +80V, independent of the supply voltage. The low offset enables current sensing with maximum drops across the shunt as low as 10mV full-scale. These current shunt monitors operate from a single +2.7V to +18V supply, drawing a maximum of 900µA of supply current.

Free positioning, Qi-compliant wireless power transmitter manager
The bq500410A is a free-positioning digital wireless power controller that integrates all functions required to control wireless power transfer to a WPC compliant receiver. It is WPC 1.1 ready and designed for 12-V systems but applicable to other supply voltages. The bq500410A the surrounding environment for WPC-compliant devices to be powered, safely engages the device, reads the packet feedback from the powered device, and manages the power transfer.

60/42 V input, 3.5 A, step-down DC-DC converter with Eco-mode
The TPS54360 is a 60 V, 3.5 A, step-down regulator with an integrated high-side MOSFET. The device survives load dump pulses up to 65V per ISO 7637. Current-mode control provides simple external compensation and flexible component selection. A low ripple pulse skip mode reduces the no load supply current to 146 µA. Shutdown supply current is reduced to 2 µA when the enable pin is pulled low.

Seamless transition buck-boost converter for LTE and HSPA RF power amplifiers
The LM3269 is a buck-boost DC/DC converter designed to generate output voltages above or below a given input voltage, particularly suitable for single cell Li-ion batteries for portable applications. The LM3269 operates at a 2.4 MHz typical switching frequency in full synchronous operation and provides seamless transitions between buck and boost operating regimes. The LM3269 operates in energy saving pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode for increased efficiencies and current savings during low-power RF transmission modes.

Small, triple-input power multiplexer with auto-select and low drop-out voltage regulator
The TPS22933 is a small, low rON, triple-input power multiplexer with auto-input selection and a low drop-out linear regulator. The device contains three P-channel MOSFETs that can operate over an input voltage range of 2.5-V to 12-V. The TPS22933 automatically selects the highest level and enables that input to source the LDO. LOUT is an always-on output from the LDO. The enable function (EN pin) allows VOUT to be switched on or off, enables a quick discharge resistor, and is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals.

Constant-voltage, constant-current PWM controller with primary-side regulation
The UCC2871X family of flyback power supply controllers provides isolated output voltage and current regulation without the use of an optical coupler. The devices process operating information from the primary power switch and an auxiliary flyback winding to provide precise output voltage and current control. Low start-up current, dynamically controlled operating states and a tailored modulation profile support very low stand-by power without sacrificing start-up time or output transient response.

Low-power 3.3V and 5V relay driver
The ULN2003LV is a low-voltage and low-power upgrade of TI's popular ULN2003 family of 7-channel Darlington transistor array. The ULN2003LV sink driver features seven low-output impedance drivers to support low-voltage relay and inductive coil applications. The low-impedance drivers minimize on-chip power dissipation - up to five times lower for typical 3V relays.

6kVpk low-power, quad-channel, 150-Mbps digital isolators
The ISO7640FM and ISO7641FM are quad-channel, digital isolators that provide galvanic isolation up to 6 KVPK for one minute per UL and VDE. These devices are also certified up to 5 KVRMS. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, these devices prevent noise currents on a data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry. The devices have TTL input thresholds and can operate from 2.7 V, 3.3 V and 5 V supplies. All inputs are 5 V tolerant when supplied from 3.3 V or 2.7 V supplies.

The TS3USB3200 is a double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) multiplexer that includes a high-speed mobile high-definition link (MHL) switch and a USB 2.0 high-speed (480Mbps) switch in the same package. Additionally, included is a single-pole, double throw (SPDT) USB/MHL ID switch for easy information control. These configurations allow the system designer to use a common USB or micro-USB connector for both MHL video signals and USB data.
