The AFE5809 is a highly-integrated analog front-end (AFE) solution specifically designed for ultrasound systems where performance and small size are required. The AFE5809 integrates a complete time-gain-control (TGC) imaging path and a continuous wave Doppler (CWD) path. It also enables users to select one of various power/noise combinations to optimize system performance.

Triple channel shunt and bus voltage monitor
The INA3221 is a three-channel, high-side current and bus voltage monitor with an I2C interface. The INA3221 monitors both shunt voltage drops and bus supply voltages in addition to having programmable conversion times and averaging modes for these signals. The INA3221 offers both critical and warning alerts to detect multiple programmable out-of-range conditions for each channel.

The INA230 is a current-shunt and power monitor with an I2C interface that features 16 programmable addresses. The INA230 monitors both shunt voltage drops and bus supply voltage. Programmable calibration value, conversion times, and averaging, combined with an internal multiplier, enable direct readouts of current in amperes and power in watts.

1.2V - 8V, 3A PFET high-side load switch wigh level shift & adjustable slew rate control
The TPS27081A IC is a high-side load switch that integrates a power PFET and a control NFET in a tiny package. The device features industry-standard ESD protection on all pins, providing better ESD compatibility with other on-board components. The TPS27081A level shifts ON/OFF logic signal to VIN levels and supports as low as 1.0V CPU or MCU logic to control higher voltage power supplies without requiring an external level-shifter.

The TPS92510 is a 60-V, 1.5-A peak current-mode step-down converter with an integrated high-side MOSFET. It is specifically designed for driving high-brightness LEDs with a constant current. The tight-tolerance, 200-mV internal reference voltage reduces power dissipation in the current-sense resistor. A dedicated pulse width modulation input pin allows linear control of the light output.

The TPS62175/7 is a high efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC converter, based on the DCS-Control™ topology. With a wide operating input voltage range of 4.75 to 28V, the device is ideally suited for systems powered from multi cell Li-Ion as well as 12V and even higher intermediate supply rails, providing up to 500mA output current.

The LM3463 is a six-channel linear LED driver with dynamic headroom control (DHC) interface that is specialized for high-power LED lighting applications. The variation of the output current of every output channel in the temperature range of -40 degrees C to 125 degrees C is well controlled to less than ± one percent. The output current of every channel is accurately matched to each other with less than ± one percent difference as well.

2.5 A isolated IGBT/MOSFET gate driver
The ISO5500 is an isolated gate driver for IGBTs and MOSFETs with power ratings of up to IC = 150 A and VCE = 1200 V. Input TTL logic and output power stage are separated by a capacitive, silicon dioxide (SiO2), isolation barrier. When used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, the device blocks high voltage, isolates ground and prevents noise currents from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry.

Single-cell USB charger with two integrated USB2.0 switches and accessory detection
The TSU8111 is a differential high performance automated SP2T switch with impedance detection and integrated Li-Ion linear charger device targeted at space-limited portable applications. The switch features impedance detection, which supports the detection of various accessories that are attached through DP, DM and ID. The charger detection satisfies USB charger specification v1.1. VBUS has 28V tolerance to avoid external protection. The device operates from either a USB port or dedicated charger and supports charge currents up to 950mA. Power for this device is supplied through VBAT of the system or through VBUS when attached.

Wideband frequency synthesizer with integrated VCO
The LMX2581 is an ultra low noise wideband frequency synthesizer, which integrates a delta-sigma fractional N PLL, a VCO with fully-integrated tank circuit, and an optional frequency divider. The LMX2581 integrates several low-noise, high precision LDOs to provide superior supply noise immunity and more consistent performance. When combined with a high quality reference oscillator, the LMX2581 generates a very stable, ultra low noise signal. The internal VCO can be bypassed so that an external VCO can be used.
