How do I cancel an order?

You may request to cancel your order, provided that it has not already been processed. If you would like to request an order cancellation, please enter a request to TI Customer Support. However, the speed with which we process orders may make it very difficult to cancel. So, simply requesting a cancellation does not guarantee an order can be canceled.

If your order ships after a cancellation request, you may refuse the order from the shipper. It will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will be refunded. If you receive the order, please do not open the box. Enter a request to TI Customer Support for a return authorization.

What do I do if my order is wrong?

If your order is missing an item or package, you received the wrong device, or the incorrect number of units, please submit your order number and all relevant details to the TI Customer Support . We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a replacement shipment if needed. Please note, if you ordered multiple items, they may be shipping separately.

What is the return policy on purchased evaluation modules (EVMs)?

Purchased EVMs may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days after delivery. Please submit a request for assistance with TI Customer Support  for a refund request.

A warranty may apply to your product. For tools, EVMs or development kits, the warranty is for 90 days from ship date.

What is the return policy on purchased ICs?

There is no refund allowed for purchased ICs.

How do I ship a returned product?

Please submit a request with TI Customer Support  for return information including shipping instructions.

What happens when my package is returned as undeliverable?

If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to TI, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been deemed undeliverable by the carrier. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to TI, we issue a full refund as we are unable to re-ship orders that are returned. If you would like to repurchase items that were undeliverable, you will need submit a new order with corrected information.

Why was my order refused or cancelled?

TI may refuse orders at any time and for any reason, including (but not limited to) the following:

  • export regulations
  • concerns about misuse
  • excessive quantity and/or multiple requests
  • multiple registrations by the same user
  • prohibitive duties, tariffs, importation restriction imposed by some countries
  • not enough information provided to questions asked when the order was placed

In the event that your order is refused, you will be notified by email.

Orders submitted by a TI Authorized Semiconductor Distributor with missing or incomplete end customer information will be cancelled. For sample orders, a distributor cannot be both the ship to and end customer.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Typically, refunds on orders take 7 to 14 business days. This time may depend on the time it takes to return the product and the credit card company policy for refunds. It could take one to two billing cycles for you to see the credit on your credit card statement.

How do I get an Alipay refund?

Orders using Alipay for payment are only allowed refunds within 30 days of the order submission. If a refund is required after 30 days, you will be contacted with alternate refund information.
