TI Designs for nonmilitary drones battery pack provide highly reliable solutions for monitoring, protecting, balancing and gauging for different Li-ion battery pack architectures, focusing on 2S to 14S applications. These reference designs provide various solutions with different BOM costs and system performance combinations for Li-ion battery pack monitoring and several protections like under-voltage (UV), over-voltage (OV), over- temperature (OT), and over-current (OC). The designs include optimum hardware and stand-alone solutions with an intelligent AFE+MCU solution and good flexibility. For high-cell gauging, TI solutions will provide greater capacity measurement accuracy for your battery pack design.
