Our telecom rectifier solutions for power supply units (PSUs) help customers design reliable hardware that meets stringent energy efficiency norms, achieves high power factor, low THD, high efficiency across line and load conditions and high power density to power telecom towers and substations, wireless broadband access applications and internet backbone structures.

Common design challenges addressed include:

  • High efficiency through soft-switching techniques using an LLC resonant DC/DC, phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC and ZVS PWM DC/DC with both analog and digital implementation
  • Auxiliary power solutions that provide high efficiency at light load (~10%) and offer very low stand-by power consumption
  • Low THD over wide load conditions usingfront end power factor correction solutions with interleaved and bridgeless configurations
  • Hot swap and active ORing for hot-plug-in and parallel operation
  • Smart cooling technology with digital interface
  • Compact distributed bus solutions for intermediate high voltage (HV) bus architectures
  • Robust solutions for wired and wireless communication interfaces
