Description

This design supplies an isolated 24V at 125mA from three-phase AC mains and DC input voltage. Since a maximum 70-ms startup time is necessary and the maximum input voltage is 1260 Vdc, a low-loss startup network has been developed. In order to reduce the stress on the FET, a cascode configuration has been selected. The controller features constant switching frequency and low quiescent current. A small form factor makes it suitable for electronic breaker supply.

  • Extremely wide input voltage range: 56Vac to 891Vac
