Description

This reference design is a 1W power supply with dual isolated outputs for space constrained applications. With  24V and 3.3V isolated outputs, this design was created specifcally to power Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) I/O modules in a factory automation setting. This design was created to comply with IEC 61010-1, which in turn will provide a designer faster time to market with their own design.

  • Small form factor for space constraint I/O cards: 51 x 40 x 5.97 mm (L x W x H)
  • Up to 87% efficiency for low heat dissipation in small plastic housings
  • A complete and cost effective design for I/O cards
  • ±10% output voltage accuracy
  • Wide input voltage range: 17V to 36V (24VNOM)
