The gateway connects Bluetooth® Smart devices to the Internet over Wi-Fi®. It allows Bluetooth Smart nodes to be used in home/building automation and retail environments. The reference design is complete with connection of the SimpleLink™ SensorTag data to the IBM Bluemix cloud service using the SimpleLink ultra-low power CC2650 wireless MCU and SimpleLink WiFi CC3200 wireless MCU.
A fully assembled board has been developed for testing and performance validation only, and is not available for sale.
