The TPS22996 evaluation module (EVM) is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS22996. The TPS22996 5.5V, 4A, 14mΩ 2-channel load switch with adjustable rise time. The EVM allows the user to configure the TPS22996 across it's full voltage and current rating. Output, input and switching waveforms can be monitored on the EVM.
