Weak Pull-Up Test

With the driver disabled (Hi-Z), this test forces a user-configured pull up current (IREF_WK_PU) on OUTL and compares the voltage on OUTL with an internal reference (VREF_WK_PU) with a user configured time out (tWK_PU). The intent is to detect to any signficant, unintended impedance to ground on the output that may impede the deployment function. A test failure results in abortion of off-state diagnostics and is reported as OFF_DIAG_STAT = 0x9 in the STATUS registers.

User can skip this test with register OFF_DIAG_WK_PU_DIS = 0x1.
