9.2.3.1.2.2.1 Method 1: Tuning from Scratch

This method resets both parameters in the beginning before arriving at tuned values. Figure 9-3 displays a flowchart for tuning KMC_SCALE using this method. KMC can be found using Binary Search as shown in Figure 9-4
