7.3.2.1 6x PWM Mode (PWM_MODE = 00b or 01b or MODE_SR Pin Tied to AGND or in Hi-Z)

In 6x PWM mode, each half-bridge supports three output states: low, high, or high-impedance (Hi-Z). The corresponding INHx and INLx signals control the output state as listed in Table 7-3.
