IOH and IOL Testing

Figure 6-2 shows the circuit used to measure the output drive currents IOH and IOL. A load capacitance of 220nF is used at the output. The current is measured using high bandwidth current shunt placed between the VOUT pin and the load to determine the peak source and sink currents of the gate driver.
