3 概要

LMR34215-Q1 レギュレータは使いやすい同期整流降圧 DC/DC コンバータです。ハイサイドとローサイドのパワー MOSFET が内蔵されており、4.2V～42V の広い入力電圧範囲にわたって出力電流を供給できます。

LMR34215-Q1 はピーク電流モード制御を採用し、最適な効率と出力電圧精度を実現しています。高精度のイネーブルを使うと、幅広い入力電圧と直接接続でき、またデバイスのスタートアップとシャットダウンを精密に制御できるため、設計の柔軟性を高めることができます。パワー・グッド・フラグと内蔵のフィルタ処理および遅延により、システムの実際の状態を示すことができ、外部スーパバイザが不要になります。
