9.3.17.4 Round Robin Automatic Readout

When this mode is enabled, the ADC state machine will read from channel 0 to channel 11 and place the converted data into registers. The host interface can request to read from the registers at any time. During Round Robin Automatic Readout, the channel averaging must be set to 1 sample.

When the TPS65983B is running a Round Robin Readout, it will take approximately 696 μs (11 channels × 63.33 μs conversion) to fully convert all channels. Since the conversion is continuous, when a channel is converted, it will overwrite the previous result. Therefore, when all channels are read, any given value may be 649 μs out of sync with any other value.
