概要

TPS650861ファミリは、設定により最適な出力電圧およびシーケンスを実現できる、シングルチップの電源管理IC (PMIC)です。3つのコントローラを搭載しているため、高電力設計で大型の外付けFETにより最大30Aに対応する柔軟な電源を実現する一方、サイズおよびコストを削減して設計を小型化することも可能です。3つの3Aコンバータ、3つの汎用LDO、DDR終端LDO、3つの負荷スイッチを搭載したTPS650861は、幅広い用途に対応するシステム電源を提供します。 D-CAP2™およびDCS-Control高周波電圧レギュレータは、小型の受動素子を使用するため、ソリューションを小型化できます。D-CAP2およびDCS-Controlトポロジは過渡応答性能が非常に優れており、高速な負荷切り替えが発生するプロセッサ・コアおよびシステム・メモリのレールに最適です。2つのワンタイム・プログラマブル(OTP)メモリ・バンクも搭載しています。大量購入の場合は、TI販売代理店までお問い合わせの上、TI工場でのカスタムOTPプログラミングの可否をご確認ください。サードパーティの販売店でもTPS650861のプログラミングに対応していることがあります。
