An example of how to set the desired overcurrent threshold, IOC, is shown in Section 8.3.6.1.3. Regardless of which TMCS1123-Q1 sensitivity variant is chosen or which zero current output voltage option is selected, Equation 21 applies when calculating overcurrent thrshold voltage VOC. A digital-to-analog converter (DAC) can be used to set the desired overcurrent threshold IOC, or a simple external resistor divider circuit can be used as shown in Section 8.3.6.1.1 or Section 8.3.6.1.2.
