7.3 Power Supply Recommendations

The TLVx888 are specified for operation from 4.5V to 36V (±2.25V to ±18V). The TLVx888 operates on both single and dual supplies. The TLVx888 do not require symmetrical supplies; the op amps only require a minimum voltage of 4.5V to operate.

CAUTION:

Supply voltages larger than 40V can permanently damage the device (see the Absolute Maximum Ratings table).

Place 0.1μF bypass capacitors close to the power-supply pins to reduce errors coupling in from noisy or high‑impedance power supplies. For more detailed information on bypass capacitor placement, see Section 7.4.
