7.1 Overview

The LSF0002 can be used in level-translation applications for interfacing devices or systems operating with one another that operate at different interface voltages as well as for switching applications where VEXTA = VEXTB. This allows the I/Os of the LSF0002 to be placed in HIGH-Z when the device is set to enabled/ disabled. The LSF family is an excellent choice for use in applications where an open-drain driver is connected to the data I/Os. With appropriate pull-up resistors and layout, LSF can achieve 100MHz. The LSF family can also be used in applications where a push-pull driver is connected to the data I/Os.
