Mode Transitions

When the TLIN2029-Q1 is transitioning from normal to sleep or standby modes the device needs the time tMODE_CHANGE to allow the change to fully propagate from the EN pin through the device into the new state. When transitioning from sleep or standby to normal mode the device needs tMODE_CHANGE plus tNOMINT.
